Welcome to The Sunshine City!

We're so excited to host you this fall in our paradise peninsula, Pinellas County. Our two-story house is situated centrally and offers easy access to both downtown and the beach.

A hibiscus tree out front greets you as you enter the house through the front door. You'll first see the great room, a place to read a book and unwind. Straight ahead is the heart of the home—the kitchen. Looking for something in the kitchen? There are a lot of cabinets—open them all, or just ask! A mature mango tree shades the patio out back, where you can swing, listen to wind chimes, and grill. The primary bedroom, laundry room, and half bath are also on the first floor.

Up the stairs you'll find a full bath, loft, and three more rooms. The couch in the loft pulls out to a queen-size bed. Ask Alex to play on a record on the stereo!

The neighborhood is quiet and compact, and we love taking a walk every morning. You can walk down every street in less than 15 minutes. The highlight of the walk is our local pond residents: Great Blue Heron, Snowy Egret, Ibis and Muscovy Ducks.

Most places require getting in the car, but you can hoof it to Publix in about 5 minutes if you need something last-minute.

Our famous sugar-sand beaches are about 15 minutes by car. Don't expect warm water in November, but tourists usually don't mind. ;) You might see dolphins from the shore, and you will definitely see a spectacular sunset!

Lively downtown St. Pete is about 20 minutes by car. Downtown is home to countless cultural sights, museums, art, parks, and restaurants. A postprandial stroll along Beach Drive or The Pier is a great opportunity for people watching and meeting the colossal Bombax tree and Banyan trees outside the Fine Arts museum.
